Experiments of Control

After the ascentionist’s trials bred discontent and hatred within the ratmen he was trying to enlighten. A soul snatcher promised the ratmen freedom in exchange for their service and caused a rebellion against the ascensionist driving him underground. Will the ascensionist rise back to power? Is the soul snatcher what he says he is? Will the ratmen ever get a break?
